There are several entrance exams conducted in India by various colleges for AIEEE, CLAT, JEE, IIT, GATE, MBBS, BDS, and many more. Many private universities have their own entrance exam, apart from the common entrance test that is held in India.
JEE or the Joint Entrance Exam is one of the first entrance exams under the list of entrance exam for engineering and is regarded as the most crucial competitive exams after 12th.

There are other entrance exams in India too, which includes IIHM entrance exams for Hotel management, NIFT entrance for fashion designing etc. Entrance exam in India is regarded as the testing grounds for the students who want to assess their capabilities and know their limits.
