To register, visit www.bujhansi.ac.in, click on the UP B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination website. Select 'New Registration' option on the website and enter your email id and phone number. Click on the ‘Generate OTP’ option. You will receive the Login ID and Password. Enter the credentials to submit the online application form.
Candidates must be graduates or postgraduates with a minimum of 50% in their respective subjects. Candidates who have passed BTech or BE with a minimum of 55% in science or maths can also apply.
Registration is ongoing from 10 February. The last date for applying without late fees is on May 15, and with fees is from 16th May to 20th May. The application form will be available once you register on the website.
The application fee, exempting late fees for general and OBC candidates, is 1400, and for SC/ST candidates, it is 700. After May 15, it is 2000 for General category and 1000 for SC/ST.
The syllabus for Paper 1 includes General Knowledge and Language (Hindi & English) sections. The candidates can choose either of the languages they want to attempt. Paper 2 contains General Aptitude and subject-specific sections. The total mark for each paper is 200.
The examination date has been rescheduled to 15 June 2023. The admit card will be available a week before the exam.
