NEST stands for National Entrance Screening Test. It is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to the five-year integrated M.Sc program in basic sciences at NISER, Bhubaneswar and UM-DAE CEBS, Mumbai.
NISER Bhubaneswar Admission 2023 is ongoing. NISER Admission is conducted on the basis of the NEST 2023. (NISER) is an autonomous research institute established in the year 2006 at Bhubaneswar.
Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences is an autonomous institute with an affiliation to the University of Mumbai. It was set up in the University of Mumbai by the Department of Atomic Energy in collaboration with the university.
NEST syllabus consists of Physics, chemistry, maths and biology. It is a computer based exam which is conducted for a duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
– NEST has Objective-type of questions - Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Selection Questions (MSQs) – Total Questions 68 and the total marks for the NEST Exam is 200
