Preparing for competitive exams is a whole process in itself, it requires a lot of Will power and determination, long studying hours can leave you flustered. Amid all this taking care of your mental health is extremely crucial.
Plan out your day in advance and create a schedule that you can stick to, this helps you stay disciplined and also enhances your performance. This also mentally prepares you and aligns you with you daily goals.
Studying for long hours can leave you overwhelmed and might lead to a burn out. Make sure you take frequent breaks, stretch yourself, have tea etc. This helps you relax.
Exercising is a great way for you to destress. Pick an activity that you love doing, like running, walking, playing a sport etc. This helps you stay on track and develop a sense of calm.
The pressure is intense while preparing for competitive exam and might lead to anxiety. Deep breathing is one of the most effective ways to lower stress in your body, and you can do it anytime, anywhere. It relaxes you and brings down you heart rate.
While the stress level are at all all time high during the preparation of competitive exams, it is very important to take a minute to breathe and unwind yourself. Don’t think about what you can’t control, get going and you will mail your exams.
