NEET (UG) is one of the toughest medical entrance examinations conducted in India. NEET is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate (MBBS/BDS/Ayush Courses/Veterinary) every year.
NEET 2023 will be conducted on the 7th of May, Sunday for a duration of 3 hours 20 minutes.
NEET 2023 will be conducted in pen and paper mode and the questions will be in Multiple choice questions format.
The syllabus for NEET is based on the National Curriculum Framework 2005. The test covers all the subjects taught in Class 12th or equivalent.
NEET can be attempted in 13 Languages - English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Assamese, Gujarati, Marathi, Odia, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Punjabi and Telugu.
Candidates preparing for NEET 2023 should first be familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus. After that, they need to shortlist the books to refer to for NEET 2023 preparation.
