30 years since the Kashmiri Pandit’s exodus in the 1990’s Vivek Agnihotri’s recently released Kashmir Files starring stalwarts like Anupam Kher among others, takes up the plight of an oppressed community. While the film does represent true events, the facts often seem distorted and coloured with a personal antagonism. Does it then do justice to their story?
