Jawaharlal Nehru University is ranked higher than Delhi University in the 2022 rankings of the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF). According to NIRF, JNU is currently ranked the second-best university in India, just behind the Indian Institute of Science.
Jawaharlal Nehru University offers admissions in M.A., M.Sc., MCA, MPH, M. Tech., PG Diploma and Advanced Diploma Programmes. For all the PG courses except MBA, the CUET-PG entrance completion is a must for the students.
Some PG courses offered by DU are:– Arts., Commerce and Business Studies, Interdisciplinary & Applied Sciences, Law, Music and Fine Arts and Science. Candidates seeking admission to PG programmes at DU-affiliated colleges must take the CUET PG exam.
DU is one of the best universities in India and offers great placements, they have excellent faculties and good environment. Cultural life at DU is more vibrant.
JNU is a better option, especially for postgraduate degrees. Simply being on JNU campus can be rewarding. It has a different culture entirely which motivates the holistic development of personality. JNU has an excellent faculty base.
