The IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam uses a band score system to evaluate a candidate's proficiency in English.
Your IELTS results will show a score of 0-9 for each test section, indicating your English language proficiency.
You won't receive a pass or fail result in your IELTS results. Your certificate will display individual grades for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking and an overall average.
You can attain a score within the complete range of scores, such as 5.0, 6.0, or 7.0.
You can attain mid-range scores (i.e., 5.5, 6.5, 7.5) at each race stage.
Organizations may have specific score requirements for admission, employment, or immigration purposes. Check the requirements for the specific organization or authority you're dealing with.
