Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) is a national-level entrance exam for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs courses. This exam is conducted by UGC.
JNU is ranked second by NIRF and will be accepting admissions through CUET. The cut-off of JNU will be based on CUET scores and the candidates who quality the test will be eligible for admission in JNU.
JMI is ranked third by NIRF and will be accepting admissions through CUET. It offers admissions on the basis of scores of CUET for various UG courses.
BHU is ranked sixth by NIRF and will be accepting admissions through CUET. Admissions to UG courses at BHU are also solely based on your performance in the CUET entrance exam.
AMU is ranked eleventh by NIRF and will be accepting admissions through CUET. However, AMU will accept admission to only eight UG programmes on the basis of CUET scores. For admissions to other courses, the university will conduct its own entrance exams.
In CUET 2023, 44 central, 44 state, 32 deemed, 134 private and 3 other universities are participating and offering admission in UG courses.
