Supreme Court has rapped up Baba Ramdev in misleading case matter denying to accept his unconditional apology as despite stern warning by the apex court he has continuingly toed the line displaying a scant disregard for the court. As he prepares to deal with the repercussions and consequences of it the ruling dispensation has completely changed its gears by shifting the track endorsing Ramdev’s commitment for preserving the ethos of our great Indian civilization being unfairly targeted and tarnished for unhesistantgly speaking up his mind. Few days ago, same BJP was giving advice to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal lodged in Tihar jail to honour the verdict of court after his bail plea in liquor gate was rejected. How can a political party appear to be so selective on two different cases where the fairness, accountability and neutrality quotient of judiciary is at stake. Judiciary has been repeatedly hounded, trolled and ridiculed by a selection questioning it’s credentials of being ideologically opinionated cracking the whip against ruling dispensation on an array of matters from electoral bonds to VVPAT. As the centre cries foul always finishing on the receiving end it’s the band of BJP loyalists and enthusiasts occupying a centre stage from being champions of IT cells to smart activists, volunteers and cadres they have always rendered their services in the fullest of their capacity to the BJP. As parliamentary elections are inching closer it’s the ruling dispensation which is leaving nothing for the last minute relying on Modi cult aggressively and sharp as a rebuke to all the claims and counter claims of opposition. Definitely, it will carry an edge for BJP but would it be able to by pass the serious failures and lapses in their last two terms overlooking it can have a great bearing on the prospects and possibilities for BJP if it doesn’t counter it’s impulsive instincts especially against its critics and detractors. Modi ji should reconfigure and rechristen his parent party gradually or else it will began to wane and fade for its symptoms being left largely unattended.
