Maggi has become an important part of Indian cuisine. But have you ever wondered how eating Maggi can effect your health? We may think that it is healthy for our stomach, but it is harmful. Like other instant noodles, Maggi is not the best choice. Here’s why:

As reported, Maggi contains trans fats, which increase the levels of bad cholesterol in the body. There are problems with the heart working properly. According to experts, eating too much trans fat can cause serious diseases like diabetes, heart disease and malnutrition.
