नीचे लिखे हर मन्त्र के बोलने से पूर्व
अपने सीधे हाथ की हथेली में एक चम्मच पानी डालिए
Pour half a teaspoon of water in
your right palm each time before reciting the following three Mantras.
हर मन्त्र को बोलने के बाद हाथ वाला पानी पीजिए
Sip it at the end of the each Mantra.
1 ओ३म् अमृतोपस्तरणमसि स्वाहा ।
हे अविनाशी परमात्मा आप मेरे आधार हैं
O Immortal Parmatma, you are my Sustainer.
2 ओ३म् अमृतापिधानमसि स्वाहा
हे अविनाशी ओ३म् आप मेरे रक्षक हैं
O Immortal Om, you are my Protector.
3 ओ३म् सत्यं यशः श्रीर्मयि श्रीः श्रयतां स्वाहा
हे भगवानमैं आपसे सत्य (ज्ञान), ऐश्वर्य एवं यश के लिए प्रार्थना करता हूँ। मैं दूसरों की मदद कर सकूं। मेरी विनती है कि मेरी सब कामनाएं पूर्ण हों ।
O Bhagwan, I kindly call upon you for knowledge, prosperity, and distinction so that I can help others. I pray that all my wishes are fulfilled.
थोडे से पानी से अपना सीधा हाथ धोइए
Rinse your right hand with little water.
अंग-स्पर्श Anga Sparsha (शरीर के अंग पानी से छूना) (Touching parts of body with water)

चम्मचभर पानी अपनी बाई हथेली में डालिए
Pour a teaspoon of water in your left hand palm. दायं हाथ वाली बीच की और अनामिका अगुंलियों को बाई हथेली में डाले पानी से छूकर शरीर के अंगों को, पहले दाई तरफ और फिर बाई तरफबारी-बारी नीचे लिखे मन्त्रों का पाठ करते हुए छुइए
Wet middle and ring fingers of your
right hand and at the end of each of the following Mantras touch the parts of the body as indicated below (right side first).
4 ओ३म् वाड्.म आस्येऽस्तु । (मुख)
हे दयालु । मेरी वाणी में अच्छा एवं मीठा बोलने की शक्ति दो
O Dayalu, bless me with good speech.
5 ओ३म् नसोर्मे प्राणोऽस्तु (नाक)
हे न्यायकारीमेरी नासिका में अच्छा सांस लेने की प्राणशक्ति दो ।
O Nayaaykari, bless me with good breathing.
6 ओ३म् अक्ष्णोर्मे चक्षुरस्तु । (आंखें)
हे सर्वषक्तिमान मेरी आंखों में अच्छा देखने की शक्ति दो
O Sarvshaktiman, bless me with good eyesight.
7 ओ३म् कर्णयोर्मे श्रोत्रमस्तु । (कान)
हे निराकार मेरे कानों में अच्छा सुनने की श्रवण शक्ति दो ।
O Nirakar, bless me with good hearing.
8 ओ३म् बाहोर्मे बलमस्तु । (भुजाए)
हे सविता देव मेरी भुजाओं में अच्छी बलशक्ति दो ।
O Savita Dev, bless me with strength in my arms.
9 ओ३म् ऊर्वोर्मे ओजोऽस्तु । (घुटने)
हे पालनहार मेरी टांगों में चलने की अच्छी बलशक्ति दो
O Palanhaar, bless me with strength in my legs.
नीचे लिखे मन्त्र को बोलते हुए बाएं हाथ में बचे
पानी को सारे शरीर पर छिड़क दीजिए
Sprinkle remaining water all over your
body while reciting the following Mantra.
10 ओ३म् अरिष्टानि में अड्डानि तनूस्तन्वा मे सह सन्तु ।।
हे करतार मेरे शरीर के सब अंग रोगरहित हों । मेरा शरीर पूरी तरह से स्वस्थ हो ।
O Kartaar, please protect my body
from sickness and bless me with good health.
अग्न्याधान
Agnya-Dhan (Kindling fire)
एक चम्मच में थोड़ा सा कपूर रखिए ।
Place camphor in a teaspoon.
नीचे लिखे मन्त्र को बोलते हुए लाइटर या दियासलाई से कपूर जलाइए । यदि कपूर न हो तो थोड़ी सी रुई को घी में डुबो कर जलाइए ।
Light camphor with a lighter or a match
stick while reciting the following Mantra.
If camphor is not available then a small cotton ball dipped in ghee may be substituted
11 ओ३म् भूर्भुवः स्वः
परमेष्वर जीवन को देने वालेदुःखों का नाश
करने वाले एवं सुखों की वर्षा करने वाले है
Parmeshwar is the Giver of life, the Dispeller of miseries, and the Bestower of happiness.
नीचे लिखे मन्त्रों का गान करते हुए
While reciting the following Mantra :
चार -छः छोटी-छोटी समिधाएं हवनकुण्ड के बीच में रखिए ।
Arrange about four to six small pieces of samidhas i.e wood, in the middle of the Yagya
Kunda
जलता कपूर समिधाओं के बीच में रखिए
Place the lit camphor in the center of the samidhas.
12 ओ३म् भूर्भुवः स्वर्यौरिव भूम्ना पुथिवीव वरिम्णा ।
तस्यास्ते पृथिवि देवयजनि पृष्ठे अग्निमन्नादमन्ना द्यायादधे ।।
हे ईष्वरआपकी बनाई इस धरती परसब विद्वान् यज्ञ करते हैं। मैं अग्नि का आधान कर रहा हूँकृपया आप मेरे पर अन्न एवं ऐश्वर्य की वर्षा कीजिए। मैं अपने समाज के लोगों की सहायता कर सकू। कृपया मेरा दिल आकाश जैसा विशाल कीजिएमेरे मन की धीरजता इस पृथ्वी जैसी दृढ़ कीजिए। स्वाहा ।
O Eshwar, I am lighting this fire to begin Yagna. Please bless me with food and prosperity so that I can help others. Please make my heart as big as the sky and my patience as large as the Earth.
नीचे लिखे मन्त्र को बोलते हुए अग्नि जलाइए : Now build
the fire while reciting the following mantras :
13 ओ३म् उद्बुध्यस्वाग्ने प्रतिजागृहि त्वमिष्टापूर्ते सँ सृजेथा-मयंच अस्मिन्त् सघस्थे अध्युत्तरस्मिन् विश्वे देवा यजमानश्च सीदत ।।
हे परमात्मा, प्रदीप्त होतुम्हारी कृपा से हम यह यज्ञ सम्पन्न कर सके और समाज की सेवा कर सके। हे विद्वान् लोगोआप सब छोटे-बड़े या ऊंच-नीच का भाव भूल कर एक साथ इस धरती पर बैठिएपरमात्मा गान के लिए तैयार हो जाइए। आप सब परमात्मा की दृष्टि में एक समान हैं एक ही परमात्मा द्वारा बनाए गए हैं
O Parmatma, please kindle. May the host, be able to perform yagyas and serve humanity. O host and this gathering of learned people, be seated together on the same ground, disregarding your social status, and be ready to pray to God. You are all equal in the eyes of God, and you have been created by the same God.
तीन समिधाएं घी में डुबोइए ।
Prepare three samidhas about 6 inches long and dip them in ghee. पहली समिधा नीचे लिखे मन्त्र के अन्त में स्वाहा शब्द के साथ हवनकुंड में डालिए ।
Place FIRST SAMIDHA in Agni at the end of the following Mantra with the word “Swaha”.
14 ओ३म् अयन्त इध्म आत्मा जातवेदस्तेनेध्यस्व
वर्धस्व चेद्ध वर्धय चास्मान् प्रजया पशुभिर्ब्रह्म वर्चसेन अन्नाद्येन समेधय स्वाहा इदम् अग्नये जातवेदसे-इदन्न मम ।।
हे ओ३म् । यह आत्मा आपका ईंधन है । समिधा जलते हुए प्रकाश एवं उष्णता देती है। मैं भी सत्यज्ञान एवं मित्रता रुपी प्रकाश सारे विश्व में फैलाते हुए जिऊं। हे अग्नि, आप सर्वज्ञ हैं इस समिधा एवं घी से प्रदीप्त होइए । हमें अन्न, धन, सुख, सन्तान से समृद्ध कीजिए । हमारी शारीरिक एवं मानसिक उन्नति में सहायता कीजिए । यह आहुति सर्वज्ञ जातवेदस् अग्नि के लिए है । मेरा अपना तो कुछ नहीं, सब कुछ ईश्वर का दिया हुआ है। स्वाहा ।
Om, please accept this offering of samidha, which represents us giving ourselves to you. As the flame gets brighter, we pray that you bless us with food, riches, happiness, and a healthy family. Please help us with our physical and spiritual growth.
15 ओ३म् समिधाग्निं द्रुवस्यत घृतैः बोधयतातिथिम् । आस्मिन् हव्या जुहोतन स्वाहा । इदम् अग्नये-इदन्न मम ।।
हे भगवान । जैसे आप घर आए अतिथि का अन्न एवं आदर से सत्कार करते हैं वैसे ही आप समिधा एवं घी से अग्नि का स्वागत कीजिए । आप अच्छे से अच्छे प्रदार्थों की आहुतियाँ हवनकुंड में डालिए । यह आहुति अग्नि के लिए है। मेरा तो कुछ नहीं । स्वाहा ।
O Bhagwan, we welcome the flame, Agni, with our best offerings of samidha and ghee. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Bhagwan.
नीचे लिखे मन्त्र के अन्त में स्वाहा शब्द के साथ दूसरी समिधा हवनकुंड में डालिए । Add SECOND SAMIDHA as before at the end of the following Mantra with the word Swaha.
16 ओ३म् सुसमिद्धाय शोचिषे घृतं तीव्र जुहोतन । अग्नये जातवेदसे स्वाहा । इदमग्नये जातवेदस-इदन्न मम ।।
हे दयालु । यह आहुति अग्नि के लिए है। अग्नि ज्ञानस्वरुप है। मेरा अपना कुछ नहीं । स्वाहा ।
O Dayalu, we continue to offer ghee to Agni, which represents knowledge. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Dayalu.
नीचे लिखे मन्त्र के अन्त में स्वाहा शब्द के साथ तीसरी समिधा हवनकुंड में डालिए । Add THIRD SAMIDHA as before at the end of the following Mantra with the word Swaha.
17 ओ३म् तन्त्वा समिद-भिरंगिरो घृतेन वर्धयामसि । बृहच्छोचायविष्ठय स्वाहा । इदम् अग्नये अड्डि. रसे-इदन्न मम ।।
हे करतार । इस संसार में आप सबको जीवन देने वाले हैं। हम घी एवं समिधा की आहुतियाँ देते हैं । अग्नि अधिक से अधिक बढ़े । यह आहुति, करतार के लिए है। मेरा अपना कुछ नहीं । स्वाहा ।
O Kartaar, we offer you samidha and ghee to help you grow brighter and brighter. You are the giver of life to everyone in the universe. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Kartaar.
नीचे लिखा मन्त्र पांच बार बोलिए : Recite the
following Mantra five times.

शुरु करके चारो दिशाओं में पानी छिड़किए : Pour water around the Havana-Kunda while reciting the following Mantra, starting from the right-hand-side (South) in a COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction
22 ओ३म् देव सवितः प्रसुव यज्ञं प्रसुव यज्ञपतिं भगाय ।
दिव्यो गन्धर्वः केतपूः केतन्नः पुनातु वाचस्पतिर्वाचं नः स्वदतु ।।
हे पालनहारआप इस संसार को बनाने वाले हैं। आप यज्ञों के स्वामी हैं। आप हमें मार्ग दर्शन कराइए और यज्ञ को सफल बनाइएयह यज्ञ हमारे लिए शुभ हो। आप सब सत्यविधा के आदि मूल हैं। हम सब आपका गान करते हैं। हमारी बुद्धियों को प्रेरित कीजिए हमारी वाणी में मिठास दीजिए ताकि हम अच्छा सोचें एवं मीठा बोले । स्वाहा ।

24 ओ३म् सोमाय स्वाहाइदम् सोमाय इदन्न मम ।।
हे परमेष्वर मैं आपको पुकारता हूँयह आहुति सोम के लिए हैसब कुछ आपका दिया हैमेरा कुछ नही। स्वाहा ।

25 ओ३म् प्रजापतये स्वाहाइदम् प्रजापतय-इदन्न मम ।।
मैं इस संसार को बनाने वाले ईष्वर को पुकारता हूँयह आहुति ईष्वर के लिए है। सब कुछ आपका दिया है मेरा तो कुछ नहीस्वाहा

26 ओ३म् इन्द्राय स्वाहा । इदम् इन्द्राय-इदन्न मम ।।
मैं परमात्मा को पुकारता हूँ। यह आहुति इन्द्र के लिए है। सब कुछ आपका दिया है । मेरा तो कुछ नही । स्वाहा ।

27 ओ३म् भूरग्नये स्वाहा । इदम् अग्नये-इदन्न मम ।।
हे ओ३म्, मैं जीवनदाता अग्निदेव को पुकारता हूँ। यह आहुति अग्नि के लिए है। सब कुछ ओ३म् का है । मेरा तो कुछ भी नही । स्वाहा ।

28 ओ३म् भुवर्वायवे स्वाहा । इदं वायवे-इदन्न मम ।
हे भगवान, मैं दुखों के नाशक वायुदेव को पुकारता हूँ। यह आहुति वायु के लिए है। सब कुछ भगवान का है। मेरा तो कुछ भी नही । स्वाहा ।
O Bhagwan, I kindly call upon Vayu, the dispeller of miseries, to receive this offering. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Bhagwan.
29 ओ३म् स्वरादित्याय स्वाहा । इदम् आदित्याय इदन्न मम ।।
हे दयालु, मैं सुखों के दाता आदित्यदेव को पुकारता हूँ। यह आहुति आदित्य के लिए है । सब कुछ दयालु का है। मेरा तो कुछ भी नही । स्वाहा ।

30 ओ३म् भूर्भुवः स्वरग्नि वाय्वादित्येभ्यः स्वाहा ।
इदमग्नि वाय्वादित्येभ्यः इदन्न मम ।
हे न्यायकारीमैं लम्बी आयु के लिएदुःखों के नाश के लिए और सुखों की प्राप्ति के लिए अग्नि, वायु एवं आदित्य को पुकारता हूँयह आहुति अग्नि, वायु एवं आदित्य के लिए हैमेरा अपना तो कुछ भी नहींसब न्यायकारी का हैस्वाहा ।
O Nayaaykari, I kindly call upon Agni, Vayu, and Aditya, for a long life, happiness, and wealth. This offering is for you. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Nayaaykari.
स्विष्कृत् आहुति SVISHTA-KRT HOMAHUTI
यजमानः नीचे लिखे मन्त्र के अन्त में स्वाहा शब्द के साथ प्रसाद, चीनी या मिष्ठान और घी के साथ आहुति दीजिए :

31 ओ३म् यदस्य कर्मणोऽत्यरीरिचं यद्धा न्यूनमिहाकरम् । अग्निष्टत् स्विष्टकृत् विद्यात् सर्वं स्विष्टं सुहुतं करोतुमे ।
अग्नये स्विष्टकृते सुहुतहुते सर्व-प्रायश्चित्ताहुतीनां कामानां समर्द्धयित्रे सर्वान्नः कामान्त्-समर्द्धय स्वाहा इदम् अग्नये स्विष्टकृते-इदन्न मम ।।
हे सर्वषक्तिमान यद्यपि मैंने यज्ञ करते हुए गलतियां की होंगीफिर भी आप इस यज्ञ को सफल बनाइए आप मेरी मनोकामनाएं जानते हैंउन्हें पूरा कीजिएजो कुछ भी मैंने प्यार एवं श्रद्धा से दिया है उसे स्वीकार कीजिए। आप पापों के नाशक एवं पुण्यों के निर्माता हैं। आप हमारी सभी मनोकामनाएं पूरी कीजिए। यह आहुति अग्निरुप सर्वषक्तिमान के लिए हैमेरा तो अपना कुछ नहीसब कुछ सर्वषक्तिमान का ही दिया हैस्वाहा।

प्रातःकाल की आहुतियाँ Morning Oblations
यजमान घी की एवं वेदि पर बैठे अन्य लोग सामग्री की आहुति मन्त्रों के अन्त में स्वाहा शब्द के साथ डालें

33 ओ३म् सूर्यो ज्योतिर्योतिः सूर्यः स्वाहा ।।
हे सविता देव, हम सूर्य को पुकारते हैं।
सूर्य रोशनी है और रोशनी सूर्य है। स्वाहा ।
O Savita Dev, we kindly call upon Surya. Surya is Light and Light is Surya.
34 ओ३म् सूर्यो वर्चो ज्योतिर्वर्चः स्वाहा ।।
हे सर्वषक्तिमान, हम सूर्य को पुकारते हैं।
सूर्य चमक है और चमक सूर्य है । स्वाहा ।

35 ओ३म् ज्योतिः सूर्यः सूर्यो जयोतिः स्वाहा ।।

रोशनी सूर्य है और सूर्य रोशनी है स्वाहा ।

36 ओ३म् सजूर्देवेन सवित्रा सजूरुषसेन्द्रवत्या ।
जुषाणः सूर्यो वेतु स्वाहा ।।
हे दयालु, संसार के निर्माता सूर्य देव उषस के साथ हमारी आहुतियाँ स्वीकार करें । यज्ञ की सुगन्धि को समस्त संसार में फैला दे। स्वाहा ।
O Dayalu, may this Surya with Ushas accept our offerings cand carry the fragrance of Yagya to the whole world
सायं काल की आहुतियाँ : Evening Oblations
37 ओ३म् अग्निर्योतिर-ज्योतिरग्निः स्वाहा
हे परमात्मा, हम अग्नि को पुकारते हैं।
अग्नि प्रकाश है और प्रकाश अग्नि है। स्वाहा

Agni is Light and Light is Agni.
38 ओ३म् अग्निर्वर्ची ज्योतिर्वर्चः स्वाहा
हे ईष्वर, हम अग्नि को पुकारते हैं।
अग्नि वाणी है और वाणी अग्नि है। स्वाहा ।
O Eshwar, we kindly call upon Agni.
Agni is Speech and Speech is Agni.
39 ओ३म् सजूर्देवेन सवित्रा सजू-रात्रेन्द्रवत्या ।
जुषाणो अग्निर्वेतु स्वाहा ।
हे करतार, यह अग्नि उस ईष्वर का ही रुप है जिसने यह सारा संसार रचा है। जो सारे संसार का अग्रणि है। अग्निदेव हमारी आहुतियाँ स्वीकार करें। यज्ञ की सुगन्धि समस्त संसार में फैलाएं। स्वाहा ।
O Kartaar, this fire represents Eshwar who has created the whole universe and who leads us all. May this fire accept our offerings and carry the fragrance of yagya to the whole world.

Oblation of Ghee and Samagree
नीचे लिखे मन्त्रों के अन्त में स्वाहा शब्द के
साथ घी एवं सामग्री की आहुतियाँ देते जाइए : Continue oblations of ghee and samagree at the end of each of the following Mantras with the word Swaha.
40 ओ३म् भूरग्नये प्राणाय स्वाहा ।
इदम् अग्नये प्राणाय-इदन्न मम ।।
हे भगवान, मैं अपने जीवन के लिए इस संसार को रचने वाले अग्निदेव को पुकारता हूँ । यह आहुति अग्नि के लिए है। मेरा अपना तो कुछ नहीं । स्वाहा ।
O Bhagwan, I kindly call upon Agni, the creator of the universe, for Life. This offering is for Agni. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Bhagwan.
41 ओ३म् भुवर्वायवेऽपानाय स्वाहा ।
इदं वायवेऽपानाय-इदन्न मम ।
हे ओ३म् । मैं दुःखनाशक वायुदेव को अपान के लिए पुकारता हूँ ताकि मैं अच्छी तरह सांसे ले सकूँ । यह आहुति वायु के लिए है। मेरा अपना तो कुछ नहीं । स्वाहा ।
Om, I kindly call upon Vayu, the dispeller of miseries, to help me as I inhale. This offering is for Vayu. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Om.
42 ओ३म् स्वरादित्याय व्यानाय स्वाहा ।
इदम् आदित्याय व्यानाय-इदन्न मम ।।
हे पालनहार, मैं सुखों को देने वाले आदित्य देव को व्यान के लिए पुकारता हूँ। यह आहुति आदित्य के लिए हैमेरा अपना तो कुछ नहीं । सब कुछ पालनहार का दिया है। स्वाहा।
O Palanhaar, I kindly call upon Aditya, the bestower of happiness, to help me as I exhale. This offering is for Aditya. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Palanhaar.
43 ओ३म् भूर्भुवः स्वरग्नि वाय्वादित्येभ्यः प्राणापानव्यानेभ्यः स्वाहा । इदमग्नि वाय्वादित्येभ्यः प्राणापानव्यानेभ्यः- इदन्न मम ।।
हे सर्वषक्तिमान, मैं प्राण के लिए जीवनदाता अग्नि को, अपान के लिए दुःखनाशक वायु को और व्यान के लिए सुखस्वरुप आदित्य को पुकारता हूँ। यह आहुति अग्नि, वायु और आदित्य के लिए है। मेरा अपना तो कुछ नहीं । सब कुछ सर्वषक्तिमान का दिया है। स्वाहा ।
O Sarvshaktiman, I kindly call upon Agni, the creator, Vayu, the dispeller of miseries, and Aditya, the bestower of happiness for life, inhaling and exhaling. This oblation is for Agni, Vayu and Aditya. This offering symbolizes that nothing is mine, everything belongs to Sarvshaktiman
44 ओ३म् आपो ज्योतीरसोऽमृतं ब्रह्म भूभुर्वः स्वरों स्वाहा।
हे दयालु, हम संसार को बनाने वाले और पालन करने वाले भगवान को पुकारते हैं । भगवान हर जगह विद्यमान है भगवान सब ज्योतियों (ज्ञान) का आदिमूल है भगवान अपने भक्तों की रक्षा करता है। स्वाहा ।
O Dayalu, we kindly call upon the Creator and Protector of the universe. Bhagwan is the highest source of intelligence and protects the devotees.
45 ओ३म् यां मेधां देवगणाः पितरश्चोपासते ।
तया मामद्य मेधयाग्ने मेधाविनं कुरु स्वाहा ।।
हे भगवान । मैं आपको पुकारता हूँ और आपसे ऐसी बुद्धि की याचना करता हूँ जो आपने मेरे ज्ञानी पूर्वजों को दी थी ताकि मैं भी ज्ञानी एवं विद्वान बन सकूं । स्वाहा ।
O Bhagwan, I kindly call upon you to give me the same wisdom that my ancestors possessed so that I will gain all true knowledge.
46 ओ३म् विश्वानि देव सवितर्दुरितानि परासुव ।
यद् भद्रं तन्न आसुव स्वाहा ।।
संसार को रचने वाले एवं सुखों को देने वाले हे परमेष्वर । आप हमें बुरे कर्मों, बुरी आदतों एवं दुःखों से दूर रखिए । जो कुछ अच्छा एवं शुभ है हमें प्राप्त करवाइए । स्वाहा।
O Parmeshwar, you are the Creator of the universe and the Giver of all happiness. Please keep us away from bad habits, bad actions, and other misfortunes. Please keep us on the right path towards success.
47 ओ३म् अग्ने नय सुपथा राये अस्मान् विश्वानि देव वयुनानि विद्वान् । भूयोध्यस्मत् जुहुराणमेनो भूयिष्ठां ते नम उक्तिं विधेन स्वाहा ।।
हे निराकार । आप स्वप्रकाशस्वरुप एवं ज्ञानमय अग्नि हैं। आप हमें उस रास्ते पर लाइए जो सच्चे ज्ञान एवं धर्म को जाता है । हम अच्छे कर्मों से इस दुनिया की धन-दौलत एवं ज्ञान प्राप्त कर सके । हमारी सब कुटिलताएं एवं पापकर्म दूर कीजिए । हम हमेशा अपका गान करते रहें और आपकी उपासना करते रहें । स्वाहा ।
O Nirakar, you are an eternal flame that represents all knowledge. Please show us the right path to attain knowledge through righteous deeds. Please lead us away from sins and wrongdoings. For this, we sing your name and meditate on you
