51st edition of World Book Fair is being organised at Capital,s Pragati Maidan from 10th-18th February 2014 with more than two thousand lively stalls marking the inaugration of e- library where you can easily access the book of your choice. Saudi Arabia is going to be the country of honour with people from all around the Delhi NCR making the best purpose of this occasion and opportunity with technology penetrating deep into our lives there can be no replacement for the perks of physically holding the book in your hand glancing at it while traveling in the tube (metro), or inside the bus, mall, airport etc making you feel very much a part and parcel of it.
Though, i am not a avid and ardent reader of novels and literature but whenever I am bag a content on human psychology, spirituality, politics, development sector etc i never let that moment go off from my hands totally engrossing and immersing myself in the process as books are unfalling companions never making you feel empty or small from inside as in the process of paying a glance at it you have already lived through endless number of characters standing for different set of reactions, emotions and expressions for a plot so inter related to the contrasts and conflicts of our everyday mundane life trying harder and harder to make ourselves better over looking at our real self from where the complex actually begins for a duality ceasing our existence as we left to fend for ourselves over stretching and straining ourself with an ongoing tussle and turmoil that becomes hard to calm and contain.
Flipping through the pages of any book of your taste might somewhat bring you near the possible reasons behind this trigger which you might have been wanting to escape by pausing, recapping and resetting yourself but in the absence of a possible remedy. Thus, bonding with books are a blessing for us than a bane in an algorithm and AI age where everything is so superficial and illusionary for a connect that has by large gone missing as we haven’t been courteous enough to cultivate our ties with our natural setting as for our hypes and hollowness that hasn’t paid any dividends so far
