Can you listen to the whistling sounds of the approaching train….?Aastitva our little protagonist is all set to start his journey and here he got in the train and is being given into his mother’s arms by the nurse. His mother along with other family members is showering him with lots of love and blessings.

With time,as he grows older,he is wise enough to say that love comes with a big checklist. But why would he say that?As he is getting older,he can see that there are certain rules made by family members, friends, teachers and the entire society in general. If he follows them the way they want him to follow them,he gets appreciated. But if there is a small mistake,he gets scolded for 10 times more than the appreciation he gets, when he does good according to their criteria.

As LOVE is a non-negotiable emotional need, even after feeling there is something wrong,he kept doing things according to what others say.His people pleasing tendencies grew with time.It affected all his areas of life.In every relationship,he would expect to get love by doing for others what they expected him to do.These relationships influenced his small choices to big decisions of his life.He made bad career choices and wasted money also to please people.

Gradually, all the suppressed emotions started coming out as diseases. Now,many people whom he used to please started drifting away. The career was being affected and the money was also being spent for a better recovery.

Now,when was alone,he started feeling hollow and hurt.Sometimes,he used to feel that his life is a waste, sometimes he thought he is at a wrong place. These type of inner talk indulged him all day long.

Slowly and steadily,as he spent some more time with him,he started asking questions and took the responsibility of what was his contribution in this part of life and how he could learn and grow.He forgave himself and accepted himself completely with all his demerits and merits.

The best part about him is that he kept doing work on himself in his alone time and gradually he got more insights and ideas to keep working on himself. That way,he learnt his own share of lessons.

After doing work on himself for a few months, when this time he visited the doctor,He saw a little child was dancing on a Punjabi Song-“Oh Saade Naal Rahoge To Aish Karoge,Zindagi De Saare Maze Cash Karoge”.

At first,he didn’t pay much attention, but when he went to the washroom,a ticket fell out of his ticket,he opened it and read it,the destination was SELF-LOVE,now he smiled and looked into the mirror and he saw that the little Aastitva was dancing on the same song (“Oh Saade Naal Rahoge To Aish Karoge,Zindagi De Saare Maze Cash Karoge”) that he listened a few minutes ago,Now he laughed out loudly and gave a high five to that little Aastitva and smiled back at him while saying “Thank You”.
