So far we have been reading up about fast changes in the name of cities, districts and even roads. Now, as the relatively confirmed news goes Telangana state’s abbreviation will be done over TG from the past days of the TS. This comes as an unusually novel addition to the ongoing practice of name change in selected spheres.
As prevails in the country every state has a two-letter abbreviation – for example, MP for Madhya Pradesh, AP for Andhra Pradesh, BR for Bihar, MH for Maharashtra & UP for Uttar Pradesh respectively. So in compliance with the practised standard, Telangana too takes the firm determination to follow a similar normal now.
The ruling dispensation has condemned the former state government for having chosen ‘TS’ to correspond with their quite known party name. Bharat Rashtra Samithi was earlier active as Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), which was straightforwardly reversed to echo its proud national aspirations.
Though it has not been specified the exact day or date for the initiation, the significant news would come shortly after authorities hint at this particular exercise. During the recent state government’s procedure for such benign decisions, distinct matters of concern were reported as well. Subsequent diagnostics have resolved to initiate a step in the direction of rectifying the short form.
