This winter season filled with drama, emotions and unexpected twists, ‘Bigg Boss 17’ concluded with a spectacular grand finale that left the audience with chills. The night saw five finalists – Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Farooqui, Mannara Chopra, Abhishek Kumar, and Arun Mahshette – battle it out for the title of “Bigg Boss 17 Winner”. Munawar Farooqui won the show and received Rs 50 lakh as prize.
Hosted by Bollywood actor Salman Khan, the grand finale kicked off with electrifying performances and nostalgic moments. The finalists made the winter season more exciting by dancing their last show. Moreover, various Bollywood stars also came to host their shows, such as Madhuri Dixit and Sunil Setty for the show Nach Baliye.
Family, friends and former housemates of the finalists were present to watch the finale. Arun Mahshetty, a Hyderabadi YouTuber and gamer, was the first contestant to be eliminated from the ‘Bigg Boss 17’ finale. After a heart-wrenching wait, Salman Khan announced the third runner-up, Ankita Lokhande. The excitement of the Bigg Boss house as well as the fans rose as Mannara Chopra and Abhishek Kumar were announced as the second and first runners-up respectively.
Salman finally announced Munawar Farooqui as the winner of Bigg Boss 17. The stand-up comedian, known for his resilience and genuine personality, was overcome with emotion. Munawar Farooqui’s victory was celebrated not only by his fans but the entire Bigg Boss friends. Munawar Farooqui through his social media handles (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram) said – “Thank you so much people. Thanks to your love and support the trophy has finally reached Dongri.”
The journey may be over, but the discussion about the Bigg Boss house is not over yet. Because according to Salman, Ankita Lokhand definitely deserved to be a Bigg Boss finalist, which makes Ankita very happy. So like every other time, the taunts about the winner of Bigg Boss 17 did not stop this time. But Salman and Munawar Farooqui’s families claimed that his win was the best birthday gift for him, which is enough to send a storm of joy to his fans.
