Ritu Singh has gained huge traction and immense popularity over the last few months continuing with her sit in protests at Delhi University North Campus Arts Faculty over her displacement from Daulat Ram College. Hailing from the SC community she has fought with all her resolve and firmness after being deliberately removed by Delhi Police over the alleged continuation of her sit in protest at Arts Faculty likely stirring and shaking the University administration.
Backed by many Dalit organisations she never was alone in a fight demanding her absolute commitment, devotion and dedication having all these traits in abundance became the sole reason why her movement was able to strike the chord with the common and ordinary students and faculty cut across different colleges, departments and faculties of the University.
Attempts were made to malign her character and tarnish her reputation she still stood out fearing none a spirit which is but quite rare nowadays for an ordeal she was subjected to but having nothing to loose has actually given her more strength that anything else a badge which she can always wear with a great amount and sense of satisfaction.
