Each year, everyone takes a resolution to make upcoming year more better and productive. Just like a conscious pause to reflect deeply on what is that ONE WORD (one quality, one value, one habit, one goal etc) that we want to give our mindful attention to in the new year.
This year, I have picked words like Courage, Consistency and Compassion for myself towards my routine and will focus more on good. And blurring out people and things which are no longer serving me good vibes and environment.
Doing this ensures we live each year thoughtfully, and in alignment with what is most important to us. So be an empty glass and fill yourself out of gold and diamonds.
