Should Centre Clear The Air Around The Parliament Security Breach?

Should the centre not clear the air around the parliamentary security breach coincidentally falling on the twenty second anniversary of terrorist attack on the Union Parliament. Suspending fourteen opposition MPs for being tough isn’t the solution rather taking accountability for the lapses will do this dispensation better. From Mahua Moitra to Derek’ O Brien this regime turns totally restive, intrigued and annoyed for a litmus test testing it’s political waters running for a cover under the guise of issues provoking public thought and opinion.

Modi’s monologue may not be the perfect recipe for his BJP everytime it finds itself at the receiving end refusing to mend anytime sooner. Around both times in 2001 and 2023 , BJP was at the power in the centre can be a co incidence but for a party stoking jingoistic and machoist nationalism hiding behind the veil of secrecy and confidentiality on being confronted doesn’t bode well for one of Asia’s largest political outfit a record which right wing Bhartiya Janta Party candidly holds.

If not for the statistics why is BJP so afraid to come out clean and all clear on matters of national and strategic importance for us. Muting mikes of opposition leaders to expunging remarks made by members of different political parties, for this government democracy is a western plot and practice to subordinate and colonize the non Whites bereft of benefits and advantages. Modi has smartly pushed his narrative with populism and welfarism going hand in hand with his punchy rhetorics slightly giving him the benefit of doubt in any situation no matter how hard it may be. INDIA alliance needs to tread cautiously taking one at a time than many at one
