Highly Anticipated and one of the biggest films of 2023 Tiger 3 Starring Salman Khan , Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. It is the third installment of Popular and successful Tiger Franchise Of Yash Raj Films.
Tiger 3 is an average affair. One of the weakest films of the spy universe. Less entertaining and dull in many parts. It starts slow and tries to catch the speed up but fails abruptly. The story and screenplay are the biggest drawbacks of Tiger 3. It is about rescuing the Pakistani PM and saving Pakistan from dictatorship. By doing this Tiger proves himself as an honest Raw officer and not a traitor for his country. All these does not makes any sense. As an Indian how can the audience relate with the film ? How Saving Pakistani PM can be entertaining for Indian audiences ! Screenplay and Story are written by Aditya Chopra, Shreedhar Raghavan and Maneesh Sharma.
Acting Performances of the entire cast are very impressive. Salman Khan acted possibly the best he can act. Katrina Played her role effortlessly. It is Emraan Hashmi who is a surprise package in the film. He was the best. Aatish , an ex ISI officer , the villain played by him is deadly and has his own personality and aura. Emraan Tried his best in the film but it is the director who could not use him and his character properly. Siddharth Anand did it best in Pathaan.
The Tiger franchise is known for its catchy music but Tiger 3 fails even in this department too. it does not have those bangers like previous parts which can increase its hype among the masses. Lengthy Scenes and average dialogues are the another reason for the film being less entertaining.
Tiger 3 is good at visuals. It is mostly shot on real locations. It looks good. production value is good. VFX could’ve been a lot better. it’s high time YRF should let down their ego of using only YFX in their big event movies and not RCE or Other.
The good Things About Tiger 3 is Some Action Sequences and Cameos. Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo as Pathaan is one of the best cameo he has done so far. The 10 minute mass action sequence has been choreographed very well and it has some hilarious moments too. It’s so good to see the superstars of Indian cinema doing action together on screen. The film literally gets gear up by this Cameo. Saving grace for the film. Some Action Sequences and especially the climax fight between Emraan and Salman are good.
Due to its strange approach, Tiger 3 ends up being an Average product and one the weakest films in the YRF spy universe. It is less entertaining , poorly written and not so well directed.
