Why did Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra say that women were considered ‘less than cows’? Are we women less than cows that we need to wait while you count and draw lines? With the links of a census and thereafter a delimitation exercise, the TMC leader said that the women’s reservation may not be possible even in the year 2029.
