Bihar Teachers Resist CM’s Move To Reduce School Holidays To 11

By now, we all come to know that teachers in Bihar resisted the reduction in school holidays vehemently. It is commonly seen the holidays come in long days from the month of September to December. But the teachers presented their logical vehemence in opposing the cuts in holidays. It has been all the more proved that teachers also like vacations in Bihar. It is usually considered that the students remain in fierce favour of holidays at their schools. It is no surprise that the teachers have remarkably added another string of unique acclaims in their instantaneous favour.

The decision sparked a big controversy as some teachers argued that the attendance would be inadequate despite the holidays being cancelled, however they would still be required to teach the class.

Responding to the utter criticism, the Chief minister Nitish Kumar had asked what was erroneous with “educating children”? He ably said he lends support to education and the measure has only been got to assure children are taught well on time. But his views seem not to have impacted teachers as they continued to oppose the decision in regard to reducing the number of holidays. It has no surprise, then, that teachers are becoming increasingly popular for their distinctly daring demand.

As a result the reversal of holidays notice serves up exceptionally a head-turning action. The holidays were by an order was reduced to 11 from the number of 23. This even enraged the Bihar state school teachers so much as the government has to give in before them and an order to reverse the holidays was forthwith issued.
