“Muslims Will Have To Strengthen Their Roots For A Bright Future”

Many Muslim countries and Muslims as a whole fail to uphold their obligations to be fundamentalists, liberals, and progressive Muslims. Being an Indian Muslim raised in the most orthodox and narrow-minded community has allowed me to develop the habits of a fundamentalist Muslim who studies, analyses, and examines his religion, the Quran, Bible teachings, and the Bhagwad Gita in great detail.

Muslims dwelling in different parts of India have never understood the roots of their existence and their grandfather’s sacrifices for India’s independence from the East India Company and Britishers. I believe that the majority of Muslims are the most ethnically diverse group in society and have come to the distinct conclusion that they cannot thrive in this Hindu-dominated nation.

We must be mentally and emotionally prepared to make a sacrifice for our country when the right time comes. The most important duty humans should fulfill is to love their country and fight persistently for a better future. Loving your country demands a deeper level of commitment, devotion, and spiritual inclination than loving your spouse, parents, and children.

If Muslims don’t awaken their souls to righteous practice and follow in the footsteps of their messengers and the final messenger of Allah, Prophet Mohammed SAWS, their situation will get worse. This is a truthful saying whenever one group of people did not obey the commands of God and the principles of God’s servants, severe punishments from God were imposed on them through angels.

In the past, many strong Muslim kings have fallen to Marathas, Jews, and Hindus because they did not uphold justice among the populace and caused internal strife within their families. Perhaps this could be one of the big reasons for their downfall from power and ruling.

If you look at our Golden period of Muslim dominance, this is true: we have ruled every part of the country, spreading Mohammed’s Islam from East to West and North to South. Islam was at its peak because Muhammad had rightly guided his followers on the true path of Allah, and his religion reached every corner and people of the country.

But there seems to be no time to change the situation. It was at the hands of Muslims that their kingdom was snatched away from Hindus and the People of the Book. The position of Muslims in the past has shown us the horrible periods in which we were ruled by other religious people, foreign robbers, and capitalists.

You forget who will win in the 2024 elections. Who will return to politics again? Which party will win with more votes? Modi, Rahul Gandhi, Yogi Adityanath, or other political leaders, who will become the Prime Minister of India? You forget everything, but you remember one thing for sure. What you have done is reflected in the progress of the country, within your society, and the contributions that you have made to your family.

If Muslims want to revive ‘Sher-e-Khuda’ Hazrat Ali within them, then they will have to adopt his braveness and kindness. Muslims do not need the support of any Maulana or Muslim leader to lead them. We can lead ourselves, our people of the country, and the country as well.

The past condition of Muslims tells the story of the bad times in our life which they cannot hide but their own condition can definitely be change for sure. Today we do not need anyone’s help. We can create our own goals. We can reach our destination. We can choose our own leader.

To be a better human being, one must stop the spread of extremism and communalism within the society. This is a kind of disease that is thriving in every part of the nation. The responsibility is all of us to prevent this disease from spreading and cure ourselves through the right conduct of our doing.

Make your society a better place to live and prosper. In my view, the greatest faith of a person should be how much he loves his country, how patriotic he is to his motherland, and how faithful he is to his people, society, and family. This is the greatest faith of all.

Muslims would never win a battle of ideology difference, racism, and discrimination in this 21st century if they don’t understand the true purpose of their life and humanity’s values and strengthen the roots of Islam’s fundamentals. Islam unites people of different classes, races, and origins.

It is a very important responsibility of all of us to remain connected to our religion and follow the law of God. If we do not follow those important practices of Islam rightfully then our condition will be like that of the people of Moses, who did not even get a place to grow in the land and kept wandering for food and water for 40 years.

We Muslims should think or analyze where we are going wrong and that people of other communities are moving ahead of us. I can talk for hours about how wrong we are going, but I charge you to think for yourself and make a better decision.
