In Mythology I Have Found The Confidence To Embrace My Femininity

During my childhood, my sister would often dress me up, and I’ve always had a deep-rooted understanding of my identity as a woman. When I began openly embracing my feminine identity, some relatives reacted negatively, even threatening to disown me. I attempted to explain my perspective, but it was my mom and sister who provided unwavering support, emphasizing that I needn’t justify who I am.

My chosen name, Aditri, derives from one of Goddess Lakshmi’s names, reflecting my love for tradition, spirituality, admiration of deities and queens, and my strong connection to India’s rich heritage. Much like Lord Krishna and Lord Shiva in various mythologies, I’ve found the confidence to fully embrace my femininity.

I want to emphasize that my personality isn’t defined by my sexuality. I refuse to conform to societal expectations and firmly believe that nothing should compromise your happiness.
