Action To Save The World Starts Today

When have we ever thought about the world? the ones who don’t get a platform? the ones who are left behind? It’s not stupefaction for anyone that our society is highly unequal and divided into fragments that may never find a home. Our privilege stands true to every little moment where we have been fortunate and lucky, we may have consciously or subconsciously taken someone’s stage that they deserved so rightly all because the world didn’t offer them everything on a platter. This is what we must fight for every single day, not to glamourise and profit off their struggles but to empathize and amplify their voices. The only solution left is education, the right we all deserve but only some are guaranteed or have the advantage of benefitting from it. Oxfam reports state that the top 10% of the Indian population holds 77% of the total national wealth, this highlights the gigantic disparity that prevails around us. Many of us might be unaware or unaffected by such unnerving data because this does not concern us, it is almost like we are immune to this reality this is the disconcerting privilege we hold and communities like Hamari Pahchan work so passionately to dissolve or eradicate such inequality by fostering the significance of education amongst the underprivileged. It greatly matters how we utilise our entitlement because, in the end, our prestige is only crucial if its essence comes from education, that is the only thread that binds all of us.
