Ziya Paval and Zahhad break the norms by getting pregnant. It’s for the first time in India that a transgender person is pregnant and has given birth to a baby. Zahhad and Ziya made it normal that a transgender person can be pregnant too. Social media is filled up with joy and happiness. They made it official through their Instagram page. Not only they accepted their sexuality but they also took a step further to welcome their children. They gave birth to a baby on 9th Feb.
It’s not easy to accept their sexuality
In India, it’s not easy for someone to accept their sexuality and confront it. The ones who are accepting it and telling their family is not easy for them. The parents don’t understand that it’s normal and nothing else. But with time everything is changing, now people are accepting it all thanks to social media and influencers. Many people are hiding their feelings for the sake of society, for fear of “LOG KYA KHAYENGE “. And they get married as per their parent’s choice because of the pressure their family put.
Like male and female, transgender is the third gender. And why isn’t everyone accepting it ? They make fun when a boy likes girly things, but it’s ok for them if a girl acts like a boy. Why do men have to be strong ? Blue colour is for boys , pink colour is for girls and what is the colour for Transgender persons? Why do we distinguish everything on a gender basis ? Why the society makes the transgender person suppressed and why they make fun of them? why is it not normal? In rural areas there is a lack of education in the people but what about the urban areas ,they are well educated and even some of them don’t accept it normal.
