India corporate culture is discusting many talented people burden for the company beacuse they are overpowerd the company administrative.A ex i have i am ba graduate and i pursuing my final sem in pg mass comm course,i send my resume in about 50 companies in 30 days but no one respond and respond then taking 3 months internship! what the hell they thing without doing paid who the fuck doing that work if you have talent.even some who the recruiter is less educated then you and recruting you.what the joke is this even if you have talented then why corporate culture not give a chance to show your talent becuase they afraid you.what about indian law for equal rights and opportunity where are they go corporate culture fuck that and burn it out.they create self doubt to you not giving chance to you and you self doubt yourself and your existence.change this culture fucking companies rather you are burnt or you destroyed.
