The List Of Injustices In 2022 By the Government Of India

2022 has passed and set the record of hate which is spread by BJP Government and Militant organisations and through Hindutava ideology. The policy of “Divide and Rule’, hate against minorities, exploitation of citizens rights, interference in religious matters of communities, cancellation of minorities scholarships, threats to minorities women for sexual harassment and rapes, using abusive language for minorities women, bulldozed Muslim homes and properties, vandalized mosques, shrines and churches. It does not end here, bulldozed Muslim homes without legal notice make them shelterless in the cold winter. Ban on loudspeaker of Mosque and not a problem with loud speakers of Hindutava supporters who played the music in front of the mosque and chanted the vulgar slogans. Another record India set in communal riots, that is true India could not progress in making laws for the safety of women, poverty, health and education issues which could not progress but the record in riots we made. Every year in India, violence and religious riots happen for any reason.

The reason for writing this article is to recollect the injustices which have been done by the Government of India in 2022 with Minority communities. Suffering of citizens due to the hate ideology of Hindutava and policy of “Rule and Divide”, of the government for the citizens. Every citizen has a right to enjoy the fundamental rights equally without discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, colour, gender and language. The BJP government has violated the constitutional rights of the citizens and violated the constitution as well.

Let’s see the Beginning of the 2022

Every individual wishes to start his / her new year with the great prayers and blessings and planning for the whole year. But unfortunately in our country, Muslim women were started this year with humiliating and pain. The year 2022, started with humiliating and target to Muslim women on social media with their photos. Auction of those photos on Sulli Deals and Bulli Bai namely apps. Mainly those women were Muslim social and Political activists. Who always raises their voices for injustices. After a lot of criticism by politicians and the struggle of victims, the FIR filed and arrested the culprits. They are now in jails. They were selling their own country respect and dignity. Because the women consider it as prestigious and respectful of a nation.

Hijab Issue

On Feb 4th, the hijab wearing issue was started in the college of Udapi of Karnataka. The Muslim students used hijab in way of educational institutions not in institutions. They removed their hijab after coming to the institutions. Some supported Hindutava students argue with Muslim students at wearing of hijab and compel them to sit at the entrance gate of college for protest to practice their own rights. They used scarves only in institutions. After Karnataka, educational institutions of many states restricted wearing Hijab . Hijab is right of Muslim women, Supreme court verdict the hijab is not essential practice of Islam. But the courts and the government have no objection with the bindi and turban of Hindus and Sikhs community. I don’t want to compare the religious symbols but the limitless injustices which are sometimes intolerable. And no one can decide what women should wear or not. But the making of Hijab Wearing highlights on national televisions because of the popularity to get in elections. That is an old method for them to use Muslim issues for vote bank. At the same time, UP elections were near, and they didn’t want to lose “gadi” at any cost.

How Kashmir Files impact on youngsters?

The Kashmir Files, a controversial Bollywood film that opened in an impressive 600 cinemas across India on March 11.The film is set in 1990, amid the first stirrings of the anti-India rebellion that has roiled Indian-administered Kashmir for three decades, and persists into the present. It promises to tell the story of the flight from Kashmir of the Pandits, a small Hindu minority among the region’s predominantly Muslim population.

The film portrays the Muslim community against the Hindu community of the same country by showing on side version and mix Masala towards common people. They are making people against each other. This movie affects a lot on the minds of youngsters of India. Mainly youngsters are not interested in history and lack of knowledge in current affairs, what they see and what shows to them, they understand that is real. The hate and aggresive show in this movie for Hindu community by Muslim community. But that can’t be true. Muslim never can be hated with the brothers of the nation.

Suresh Rajput aka Hindu Sher Boy is a sponsor of Hindutava and social media influencer. Police arrested him when he was trying to vandalized the shrine, while investigation he said that he got very anger on Muslim. When he saw Kashmir Files, how Kashmiri Pandits suffered. This movie was promoted by many BJP leaders. The movie was also praised by Prime minister Narendra Modi. Many Hindutava leaders and supporters give speeches in theaters to the audience and provoke extreme hate against Muslims. They chant the slogans like ” Desh ke Gadarou ko, Goli maro saloon ko, ( Shoot the Traitors ). BJP leaders distribute free tickets in luxury theaters to Hindu women for watching movies. But the impact of movies on youngsters changes their minds to think negatively about each other. Because lack of knowledge of history and lack of sensibility to think with their own minds to understand the real and reel things. Even Bollywood is not left by the Government for spreading hate among each other. From Bangal sellers to Star celebrities targeted due to their identity.

Dalit Identity

The identity of Dalit is always questionable in this country. Dalit student beat by teacher for just drinking water. Many incidents have come to be seen, a teacher beat the student so much that he died on the spot. The goons brutally beat and killed many Dalits boys for sitting with higher class Hindu girls. The discrimination from schools to market has been distrubing the common people’s lives. Especially Minority communities they are targeting just for identities. The high caste Hindu always oppressive on lower class Hindus. They themselves have no respect for their own religion.

Communal Riot in 2022

Painful and hurting religious sentiments, humiliation and dehumanisation everyday in different ways. A Hindu–Muslim clash occurred in Delhi’s Jahangirpuri area on 16 April 2022, in the midst of a Hindu procession on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. The clash took place during the third procession taken out on that day, which halted near a mosque where Muslims were holding Ramadan prayers. Stones were pelted and shots were fired in which many were injured including a police officer. Twenty three people were arrested, including two juveniles.

On 19 April, prompted by a complaint from its state president, the Bharatiya Janata Party that controls the local municipal corporation ordered demolition of the houses, shops and structures on the street where riots took place, claiming them to be illegal encroachments. The Supreme Court of India issued a stay order, but some 20 shops and the front of a mosque were demolished, with the drive continuing for over an hour after being stayed by the Supreme Court.

They loudly played the music of hate and extreme religiousness in front of the mosque where Muslim were holding prayers. They were dancing and chanting “Jai Shree Ram’. But government demolished the Muslim houses, shops, and Mosque. Is this not an injustice especially with Muslims.

In April on the occasion of Ram Navami, unfortunately India faced the worst riots in different states such as Gujarat where dozens of people were injured including many police officers and one person was killed. Including Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, North Delhi and Gujarat. Even in Jawaharlal Nehru University of Delhi, disputes between two organisations mainly AVBP supported BJP organizations and other students. AVBP fought for eating non-veg on the occasion. At least 16 students were injured and beaten by both sides.

Demolition of Muslim houses

It has become common for the BJP government to bulldoze the homes without legal notice. Wherever riots took place there were places demolished by Buldozer if there were local residents are muslims. In the Jhanghir Puri incident, dozens of Muslims were arrested and demolished their houses. In Gujarati Muslims met with a similar fate in different places. Whenever they want they bulldozed the Muslim houses. Recently they bulldozed the homes in Delhi in the frostiness of winters. Bulldozing their houses in allegations of illegal property where the Muslim were living decades.

VULGAR SPEAKS USE FOR PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W

Prominent Hindutava leader Yati Narsingh Nanda and his supporters used often vulgar speaks for Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. Napur Sharma and other member of BJP party used vulgar language for Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. But the government of India faced a hit reaction from International media as well as Indian Muslims and resulted in suspending those members from the party.

Using abusive language against women

Hindutava leaders using abusive language for minority women and posting on social media fearlessly. Lack of action by police acts like supporting them. Attacking and targeting minorities women should be not acceptable. Each passing day things become unacceptable, and lack of respect and dignity for women is a major issue which needs major consideration. Because of that women, girls could not reach the level of higher education.

Deprive the voices by the Government

The government can’t be deprived and exploit the voices which raise for injustices with minorities and in other issues. Many political activists were arrested under the UAPA ( Unlawful Activities Prevention Act ) law and not released yet even not proving the allegations for which they were arrested. Even the court is not taking decisions but fixing dates for hearings only and wasting time of years. Even journalists were arrested under UAPA law in false allegations and not released yet. They can’t make fear of the true and secular citizens by arresting the true voices of a nation. Journalists, social and political activists are sacrifices for the sake of the country and for the future. The sacrifices of Journalists and social and political activists can’t be forgotten.

Giving the precious message to the youth of the country. Freedom is precious, Don’t lose it’.
