If you want to achieve something, you must first believe that you can achieve it. Many of us do not walk consciously. We do not think deeply about the daily events and surroundings. Or even if you think about it, the negative or negative things are more visible. Writing in scientific parlance is called “psycho-neuro-motor activity” – simply put, writing requires you to think deeply, and pay attention. It brings to mind many details about the target, which do not normally come to mind.
After writing down the main goal in detail, you need to break that goal down into smaller goals. And when to finish each small goal – set a deadline. These should also be arranged in the form of a written plan.
Many times we get scared after setting a very big goal. We don’t panic as much as the tension works when fixing first. But after some time the big goal starts to scare us. As a result, at times we feel that such a big goal is not possible for us to fulfill.
This negative thinking can be relieved by dividing the goal into smaller parts.
Imagine, your goal is to climb ten floors up the stairs. Now, if you look at ten floors at once, you will feel a little scared. But if you think about going up ten floors first and plan how to get up one floor – and climb the stairs one by one – then it won’t seem so difficult.
Ten years to own 10 crore rupees – instead of thinking about it all day, write it down in one place. Then plan what you will do each day to achieve that goal.
