Meet Arjun Mishra, From The ‘Jan Sangharsh Virat Party’ In Gujarat

Revolutionary leader Arjun Mishra serving as National Youth President of Jan Sangharsh Virat Party had contested from Ahmedabad-East Lok Sabha in last 2019 General election and nominated from Varanasi elections in 2019. Get to know his thoughts during our special conversation with Arjun Mishra, whose party has been experimenting in most elections since 2019.

Question: Why is Jan Sangharsh Virat Party formed and what is its purpose?

Arjun : Jan Sangharsh Virat Party was formed by Honorable Dinesh Soniji in the year 2013 to give opportunity to youth in politics. The main aim of the party is that 50% youth should be in all the houses. From Panchayat to Parliament, the youth will get a chance. Apart from corporate politics we prepare youth who can contest elections learn from it & serve the citizens regardless of his results.

Question: What did your party do in the last 10 years?

Arjun: In the last 10 years, we have fielded a total of 30 candidates, including Lok Sabha, Assembly Elections in different states, Municipal elections. In this country, against the corporate election, only candidacy is equal to victory and so we decided that if we teach more and more youth to contest, then there will be a change in the system. The so called grand old parties who are proud to buy votes by corporates PR has acknowledged that the youth will change the government whenever they want. And we have learned how to deal with the electoral process, organization and anti-social factors in the first phase of our learnings.

Question: Your party contested for 30 times but did not get success even once?

Arjun: The definition of success is different. According to me, we have been very successful, our candidates have nominated themselves to contest against the state ministers to the Prime Minister, we have registered our candidature and lost a lot, but we have not given up on this process and have been fighting continuously. We can’t afford greedy ads, or lies, which is also the reason for our defeat. But we will win, if not today, But later. BJP also started with two seats and today is ruling the country. Congress which was at the peak of power is in a bad state today. Time will come and when the politics of truth will be a factor, our youth will appear in the parliament

Question: How successful will our experiment be against BJP, Congress and AAP?

Arjun: Our fight is not with these parties, they are all the same begging from this to that and again to this whose power there is. Be it a big leader or a newbie, they have forgotten Atalji, they have forgotten Sardar Patel Saheb, just making an idol will not get respect, his ideas have to be followed in life. Our target is different even if the people of the system want, change will not come suddenly. This is not a movie of Anil Kapoor this is a real life. if a good politician comes, then they have to follow the right people. If they have to salute the ministers who are barely literate and are assisted by assistants then how will the corruption be removed? Changing the system does not mean to change all the officers and start exploiting them, they have trained themselves of being honest but because of corrupt politicians they are also able to do this. Not one generation but two to four generations are to be sacrificed for this change.

Question: Why does your morale is so high inspite of several losses?

Arjun: Losing an election is not a crime. At the age of only 26 years, I fought elections without anyone’s support and 825 people voted for me. I am working continuously for them and more than 3 thousand complaints have come in the area and approx. 98% work has been done. The morale increases as we receive blessings of the citizens once their work is done. After people are tired of being misguided by ruling leaders, when we work in a call, their blessing gives us morale.

Question: What is Jan Sangharsh Virat Party’s future target?

Arjun: To prepare approx. 5000 youths to become MP & MLA. When unemployment is an issue in the whole country, the sons of these leaders who have studied abroad and are counting the benefits of the government here are enjoying matches abroad and the educated youth of our country are agitating for government recruitment. Have you ever seen any party giving out the recruitment of these leaders? We have released the recruitment for 2024. We will prepare about 5000 youths to get ready and learn to contest elections at normal cost. Agitation for unemployment costs or not? If it costs money, then what is the fear of challenging them by spending money in elections? We will prepare political warriors and talk about giving leadership without just doing labor, people will join automatically and we will succeed. This process is long, there will be constant ups and downs, but never give up, this is determined.

Arjun Mishra said that if you want youth in government jobs, why not youth in government? If there is recruitment from Talati to IAS officer with education and age limit, why is there no stop to the age of leaders? How long will people do politics after retirement? The end of this is our goal.
