Is The Corporate Culture Doing Its Employees Any Good?

A man and a woman, colleagues in an office, discussing something.

Aren’t corporate guys becoming more prone to angst, despair and vulnerabilities to name, fame, reward and award hurting, haunting and chasing their drive and desire to prosperity and progress?

Economic considerations being primary motivators and drivers is taking a toll on many of the potential brains and minds running the show from either behind or from front with fat perks, privileges and entitlements toiling and draining their mental and physical faculties and aspects affecting their outreach and productivity.

In this regard it is equally important that corporate honchos sitting in their boardrooms scaling and measuring the feasibility and impact of a particular business proposal and project promote an healthy, inclusive and democratic environment and atmosphere of participation by employees on possible way forward appointing counsellors and psychologist could be one of them stressing upon creation of a work culture and settings where the employee is provided with a space to share their minds, outlook and opinion without fear of loosing out on anything.

At least, a channel and line of communication should be encouraged for that matter with employees being on board as participants and partners as not as contract labourers with sanctioned wages against their labour and rank they need to be as assets and not liabilities by our corporate firms dominated by traditional business families still responsible for the current situation and scenario with employment and economy touching the lowest ebb ever with a forecast for global recession there are many who can’t dare to take a day off.

Feel pity for them for a system that has become so devastating and debilitating.
