Recently, Congress party has concluded its presidential election, where the results were certainly predictable. But this election got real touch when Dr. Shashi Tharoor threw his hat in the ring. G23 group not supporting him, was beyond any understanding. Dr. Tharoor was the main reason why this election got so much attention than current Bharat Jodo Yatra by Mr. Gandhi. No matter what happens next, but newly elected president Mr. Kharge should include him whatever the plans Congress is working on 2024 general election. Everyone must have observed the kind of grip that Dr Shashi Tharoor has on the aspirational youth of India. If Congress fails to acknowledge such great talent like Dr. Tharoor then god knows who can save the Congress party. Certainly Congress party might be attracting the Dalit vote by installing Prez Kharge, but that experiment failed miserably in the Punjab assembly election. People of country are now looking for new narrative and hope from Congress party to do much better than previous one. We can certainly hope, DARBARI people will accept dissent and disagreement in the party for better future.
