Shashi Said Change Is Necessary In Congress, But Big Leaders Don’t Want It

Congress Shashi Tharoor said that he is not against Malikarjun Kharge but everyone has a different way of working. My method is also a little different. Said that decentralization of powers in Congress has become necessary.

Congress National Presidential candidate Shashi Tharoor has said that it is necessary to change the Congress in the interest of the workers, but the big leaders of the party do not want it. He said that he is not against Malikarjun Kharge, but everyone has a different way of working. My method is also a little different.

Shashi Tharoor is the candidate for the post of National President of Congress. He had come to Patna for a few hours on Friday to appeal to the party voters of Bihar to vote. He spoke to the press here. Said, decentralization of powers in Congress has become necessary. If there is decentralization, then from the Mandal to the District Heads, the powers will be given. What’s at the party today? A state president has to see the high command before making a district president. Have to wait for his decision. Because of this, radical change is necessary today. What is the work of state Congress committees today? Their job is just to vote. Tharoor said this election is to strengthen the Congress and the party should accept the change.

BJP needs to depart

Attacking the BJP, Tharoor said that it is necessary to send off the BJP in 2024. BJP is in government with only 37 percent votes. 63 percent of the vote was divided among the various opposition parties. If all the opposition parties come together or a coalition is formed at the national level, then this work can be done. If he becomes the president, he will work in this direction. If BJP is not thrown out in 2024, the country will be ruined, he said.

Party Saying Fair Election

To a question on the party’s lack of support, Tharoor said, “He met Sonia Gandhi before her nomination for the post of president. He also met with Rahul who went on the India Jodo Yatra. All of them said we will be fair. There will be no official candidate from our side. He said the party has made up its mind to conduct fair elections. It will be a secret ballot, so no one needs to be afraid. He appealed that voters should vote according to their conscience.

The question of error in creating delegates also arose.

The Question of wrongdoing in creating delegates also arose in the press conference. A leader named Satyendra Kumar said that the State Congress Committee says that he is not a delegate. In the list that came from Delhi, he is being told as a delegate. The same has happened with leaders named Sunil Kumar and Pramod Kumar. He said that he would definitely ask the PCC on this issue.
