Who Is Responsible For Delhi’s Chhath Puja Devotees Dealing With Toxic Foam?

Civic agencies are becoming lethargic in discharging their duties by not heeding to the advices and alerts a little sensitiveness on their part could definitely would have meant a lot for Chhath puja devotees.

Shouldn’t, both Delhi government and Centre go beyond ideological differences of opinion and point of view in looking at the overall situation of River Yamuna with thick layers of toxic froth and foam floating on its surface with chemicals being spread by Delhi Jal Board for quickly dissolving it.

Neither AAP nor BJP learnt their lessons in last eight years hurling accusations and allegations against each other as has become their political pass time. Shirking away from working together on waste land fill sites, cleaning of river Yamuna etc doesn’t bode well for both reluctantly refusing to even slightly budge don’t understand what kind of governance are they preaching and propagating in their right ?

Bhartiya Janata Party has been running Municipal Corporation of Delhi for last fifteen years witnessing a spate in corruption charges halting the march of capital to pride and glory a non committal centre is dragging Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal unnecessarily when more than two lakh crore released by Delhi Government has already been spent by MCD but without a balance sheet.

Can it be possible by all stretch of imagination of they having no clues to the claims of total expenditure. A detailed audit should be conducted at the earliest to get to the root rather than just folding hands and pressing statements let not the spirit of cooperative federalism go in vain vanishing away.
