Brahmāstra: Marks A Good Beginning For Astraverse; SRK Steals The Show

So, finally, after waiting for eight days, I got the tickets for Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva.

At first, I was too sceptical about watching it after all those negative reviews from some renowned critics and the general public but still decided to give it a try. But, oh, man!

I was taken aback right from the starting scene involving SRK. What a performer he is! He always leaves an ever-lasting impact, even if he plays a cameo role in any movie. Besides this, Nagarjuna and Sri Amitabh Bachchan were brilliant throughout the movie. The good things about the movie are its cinematography, CGI, VFX, the pre-climax scene (actually the best) and the performances of SRK, Nagarjuna, AB, Ranbir and of course, Mouni Roy. The only glitch was Alia Bhatt. She looked a bit rusty and out of place.

Though many people complained about the dialogues and storyline, for me, those were okayish. Yes, dialogues could have been better, and I hope the makers consider this while making further instalments. Overall, it was a good beginning for ASTRAVERSE, and I hope it gets better from here on. Waiting for PART 2: DEV ?
