Al Qaeda’s second in command Ayman Al Zawahri has been killed by the US in a coordinated attack in Afghanistan, s Kabul bound to escalate tensions further up in this region with a Taliban government in Afghanistan closely following the situation from behind the scenes. Zawahri was the mastermind of 9/11 attacks in US claiming many innocent lives apart from assisting and supervising supreme leader Osama Bin Laden in the day to day tasks of Al Qaeda. Coincidentally, he too met Laden, s faith killed under the dark in Pakistan, s Abottabad by the US special forces in May 2011. Though, immediately this won’t press the trigger for an outburst of raw passions and emotions but can be alarming considering the hold Zawahri had on the organization of Al Qaeda. Expanding and extending its outreach countries like India should be wise and watchful as both Pakistan and China may try to take this one to their advantage especially after US,s Nancy Pelosi,s visit to Taiwan. Something, which can terribly haunt and hurt the strategic interests of US in the Indo- Pacific with United States maintaining a high degree of vigil and surveillance as for China,s unpredictability and misadventurism. Biden, though won’t play a Trump on China but would be extremely cautious and careful conducting US national interests, security and sovereignty ensuring the validity and legitimacy of system. Prudent, it would be for India to take Biden in good humor and faith if for a way out on Pakistan Occupied Kashmir with a Modi politically trying to extract mileage out of it. Afghan Taliban may pre emptively and strategically retaliate to Zawahri,s killing with Pakistan and China expressing its endorsement how US makes of it will crucially define US determinant of foreign policy and power. Biden, unlike a Trump plays it mentally than being morally under the guise of a narrow and sectarian ethno nationalism that views everything in black and white. Biden has so far been a safer bet for US sharply equipped to deal with any untoward episode- swiftly, steadily and sharply knowing fully of his purchase and potentials. Not with much remorse and repentance as for an International politics where an able diplomacy and decisive leadership can make any amount of difference with all sides weighing their pros and cons. Ultimately politics is all about who gets what, where and how than for being an idealist as the surface meaning of it is quite deeper and distinct. US in the coming days may forge alliances and ties to take China head on as for the heat of moment minus any physical war
