Anish Khan, A vocal Student Activist who was died on 19 February 2022 but his family members alleged that he was killed by four persons(One of them was in West Bengal police uniform). Family members demandes for CBI investigations. As per Anish Khan father statements “Four people barged into their house at Amta in the early hours of February 19 and threw Anish from the second floor of the house. Family members of Anish Khan said that Anish Khan was receiving many threats calls from local TMC leaders”. After the incident there were many massive protest against the TMC govt in West Bengal by different organisations. Protesters also face police brutality. After all this CM of WB Mamata Banerjee assured that the criminal will be punished and she order for a special investigation in this case but after 144 days of incidents, now WB police SIT submitted a chargesheet at alipore Court stated that Anish was not murdered but died of falling from the terrace. Saleem khan (Father of Anish Khan) said that “He doesn’t have faith in the chargesheet submitted by WB police SIT and demand for a CBI enquiry.
