Really it was the golden era of S.P.College where we got every facility apart from academic education. It was due to the honest and devotional gestures of all professors under the banner of Principal Surendra Nath Jha. We have a rich LIBRARY. Students rarely purchase books from the market. It has got a COMMON ROOM for playing indoor games.
The OUTDOOR GAMES were provided also with expert PTI. NCC and NSC wings gave basic military training and social activities respectively. DRAMA and SUNDAY STUDY CIRCLE played an important role to develop leadership qualities among students. Every year college magazine RASHMI (रश्मि )was published.
Students had to develop their writing skills and project the image on the papers in HINDI, ENGLISH, SANSKRIT, URDU, MAITHILI, and SANTHALI. It was the mission of all different sub-editor to select the articles and finally, EDITOR IN CHIEF got published in the local press. No doubt they did a commendable job within the low infrastructure.
