A Hospital ruins the employee’s future.
Ankola Karnataka: a hospital named Dr Kamal and R N Nayak hospital is situated in Ankola, Uttarkannada district Karnataka; in this hospital, the management (Shruti and Mayur Nayak) are playing with employees’ life by holding their salaries and original documents. Yes, this is true; if an employee gives resignation from their designation, this hospital management can’t give their original documents in the time, and also not pay for the employees.
If employees ask for their original documents, the management says that if the resigned employee gives another candidate to their hospital, then only they release the resigned employee’s originals and salary, otherwise not but at the time of joining, they are telling that after resignation only in 2-7 days they will give.
Please publish this article all over India to teach the management that employees are not playing toys for the employer, and no one organization have the right to hold their originals. If possible, please arrest the employers or management for this crime.
