MCD Elections Postponed After Bill To Unify The Corporation

mcd

MCD elections in the capital have been postponed after the passage of the amendment bill to unify the three corporations which were trifurcated by Sheila Dikshit’s Congress government in 2012.

MCD elections have been postponed.

The point is can the BJP bury the blame of the corporation’s dysfunctionality in managing the civic affairs from the audit of its funds to proper checks and balances, ensuring accountability and transparency between its different agencies and organs?

The BJP sounds anxious, afraid and nervous whenever it comes to speaking the truth with full face and faith, exposing their underbelly, fiercely attacking Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal for sitting on the files, delaying the development tasks and activities in constituencies as for their lacklustre action, proposals and blueprints.

The point is both AAP and BJP communicate, collaborate and coordinate with each other on issues and concerns haunting the heart and head of an average Delhite, from cleanliness to hygiene, in which the city’s ranks seems to be dwindling.

The buck has to stop somewhere with the Centre taking the responsibility on its shoulders rather than showcasing its policy proposals and propaganda into an electoral theme unequally impressing everyone. Broader consensus on areas where there lies a possibility of chaos and conflict should be urgently looked after as for the ruckus and race to tickets with the probables weighing and scaling their alternatives.
