I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields,
That it kisses them so gently,
And then it covers them up,
You know with what?
With a white quilt,
You know then what it says?
It says O my darlings “Go to deep sleep,
Till the summer comes again,
And when they wake up from deep sleep,
You know what they do?
They dress up themselves all in green,
And whenever wind blows,
They dance with grace,
You know what they say?
