So it’s time to look forward to the upcoming movies released on top OTT platforms like Disney+, Netflix, and others. Several movies ranging from English to Hindi are lined up for this year. Pushpa: The Rise
Pushpa: The Rise premiered on Amazon Prime Video on 7th January.. This movie starring Arjun hit the Box Office last year on 17th December.
After receiving a massive response at the Box Office, it is now all set to be released for online streaming. If you haven’t yet watched it, you should renew your Amazon Prime Video subscription.
Eternals
It’s been almost two months since Eternals arrived at the theatres. But now it’s time for all Disney+ users to gear up. Eternals is scheduled to arrive at Disney+ on 12th January.
The story follows the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame. Marvel has again surprised the audience with its new superhero group, Eternals. Although it has received mixed reviews from critics and viewers, it is worth streaming. If you are not subscribed to Disney+, ensure you get it done before 12th January.
Hotel Transylvania: Transformania
We have another new entry in the Hotel Transylvania franchise. This animated wonder collected over $1.3 billion at the global Box Office.
When the movie was first released, it received mixed reviews from critics. But considering the Box Office collection, it is evident that viewers disagree with whatever the critics have to say.
Hotel Transylvania: Transformania arrived on Amazon Prime Video on 14th January. The script is based on a group of animated monsters. It is a family-friendly movie that your kids will love to watch.
Munich: The Edge of War
After Disney+ TV and Amazon Prime Video releases, we finally have a Netflix wonder on our list. Munich: The Edge of War is set to arrive on 21st January, just a couple of weeks away.
For your information, this film is based on Robert Harris’ novel of the same name. It stars Jannis Niewohner and George Mackay, two university pals who reunite after years at the 1983 Munich Conference.
They both work for the opposing governments and soon get involved in a political feud. Well, that’s all you need to know for now. We don’t want to reveal too much about the plot.
Gehraiyaan
After so many English films, it’s time to talk about a Hindi movie. This is one of the most anticipated Bollywood titles right now. It is set to release on 11th February on Amazon Prime Video.
It is a romantic drama produced under Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios. It is directed by Shakun Batra and stars Deepika Padukone, Ananya Pandey, and Siddhanth Chaturvedi.
Not much is known about the plot, as it is yet to be released. However, it’s only a couple of weeks away from reaching your screens. This film is set to give a great start to all Bollywood movie lovers out there.
