On 1 January, 2022, on the occasion of the new year, once again more than 100 Muslim women including Fatima Nafis (mother of Najeeb; JNU), leading activist Ladeeda Farzana, Safoora Zargar, prominent journalists Ismat Ara and many more women were targeted and harassed online by an unidentified group, in which they were auctioned as Muslim maids.
It is very sad that as a Muslim woman you have to start your new year with this sense of fear & disgust. Of course it goes without saying that I am not the only one being targeted in this new version of #sullideals. Screenshot sent by a friend this morning.

The matter was highlighted by one of the prominent activists of Jamia Millia Islamia, Safoora Zargar, and a leading journalist Ismat Ara.
This is not the first time that Muslim women have been targeted and sexually harassed online. Last year Sulli Deals was prevailing in this matter. But since no strict action was taken again these pathetic groups it is happening again.
Although for now, two FIRs have been filed against this misogynist group. The FIR copy was shared by Ismat Ara on Twitter.
Nabiya khan, a leading poet, also tweeted:
I have been trying to gather some strength to write something about #BulliDeals. Just when I thought I had left the trauma of #SulliDeals behind me, it came to haunt us(me along with more than 112 Muslims Women) again with an updated version, as a new year present. 1/6
