Adhoc teachers in Delhi University in all their sense and sincerity are contesting and battling an oppressive and exploitative system denying them their rights, privilege and position of place for the worst. Earlier, teaching careers were rewarded and recognised with great adoration and affection but for the denial of establishment over regularising and absorbing them as faculties in the colleges and departments. None, of their grievances are being acknowledged and articulated from attending workshops to taking compulsory leaves the administration treats with great angst and disgust. I am of the belief that a committee should be immediately formed at the behest of Delhi University vice chancellor Yogesh Singh to order a probe into this matter for compensating all those victims of this vicious process and cycle. In this light how can National Education Policy as a tool can be said to check this complex and contrast opening spaces for bargaining and negotiations in the interest of everyone alike
