2020….2020…..2020…..the 4 digit numbers but have a very huge effect and affect the lives of people all around the world with a bittersweet taste.

Words I found myself saying a lot in 2020: I’m sorry, I have to take care of myself and my family.

The 2020 experience was like a rollercoaster that thrills you with both aspects, starting with the fortunate aspect of living with your family and loved ones ever since after you have left your home for study purposes or for work. It makes you get more in touch with your loved ones and generating new talents and hobbies like cooking, gardening, singing, and many more. the other one is that you get to know more about online stuff like how to conduct online exams and all.

The other aspect was of agitation felt by you and your loved ones about their life, their health, their jobs, their education, and how to survive and fight with this covid pandemic starting from Ayurveda to eating healthy and drinking the Ayurvedic kasha makes one much more concerned towards health. The year also brought forward a new host of internal alarm-bells that made the whole year fearsome with new and unbelievable things happening around you.

The coming of the pandemic added a bitter-sweet element to the year.

So, for me it was a mixture of bitter and sweet (bittersweet) i.e. the excitement to live with your loved ones and fright from the condition occurring around you make it a rollercoaster experience!!!!!
