Kumar Raj receives Best women feature film Award for ‘Tara’ at Uruvatti International film festival 2020 at Chennai
Kumar Raj’s feature film Tara has broken yet another record, the film on Thursday won the ‘Best Women Feature Film’ Award at the Uruvatti International Film Festival in Chennai .
Uruvatti international film festival aims to discover high quality and ambitious films, to promote filmmakers’ works and to help them realise their dreams.
When asked Kumar Raj about receiving the award he said “I’m really happy that my movie is still receiving so much of appreciation all over the world. I would love to dedicate this award to Mr Brijesh Kori my associate director and even to my entire direction team who really worked hard with dedication as the entire movie Tara was shot in the real locations which were very adventurous & dangerous too .
Kumar Raj also thanked actress Rekha Rana for her magnificent dedication towards this film.
‘Tara- the journey of love and passion’ has broken all possible records by receiving 305 official selections from all over the world along with 205 international awards .
Kumar Raj whose main motto is to spread a strong message of women empowerment to the audience through the source of entertainment is all set to mark his presence again with his outstanding direction in his next movie ‘Yahan Ameena Bikti Hai’.
