The year 2020, has given totally new dimension of life, the way we work with our colleagues and live with our family. The majority of the people has shifted “work from office” to “work from home” environment. It has taken time to adjust to the new environment and work with the same efficiency that we were working pre-covid-19.

 

Being a startup company, we could have grown much faster, still, Our total sales are higher than last year, we have hired more people this year, our team strength is higher than last year. We have expanded our warehouse size over last year. We have expanded our channel business over the last year. Even We launched some of the new products “Make in India”, after getting so many challenges from the supply-side and limited restriction on Imports from China.

 

We have learned to live and work in a very safe, healthy, and disciplined environment. We focused to reduce our cost for the sustainability of the business in the long run. So controlled our paid campaign on an ROI basis than PPC (pay per click).

 

We have seen so many small businesses shutting down due to financial loss or low demand in the market. So, we focused more on digital media to generate visibility of our products and building online relationships with our existing customers/partners.

 

We avoided many family functions and lived in a very closed environment, wear masks all the time to protect ourselves and society as well.

 

We believe people will not forget the year 2020 so easily, this year has given many ups and downs emotionally and financially.
