Why It’s Important To Take Out Time To Care For Your Own Self

With the passage of time, everything fades out in this so-called modern world. But there is still something that sometimes in his mind that reminds him of a particular point, which can be anything either related to his personal relationships. These could be the relationship between a brother and a sister, office staff. It varies from person to person.

During this Covid-19 era, it’s a good opportunity to strengthen our bond, faith, relationships, strengthen our family relations, and try to experience the new adventure every day. We just have to find the time, relate with oneself, and just feel the moment.

Talking about the reports of WHO, around 8,00,000 (80Million) people die every year due to suicide, which accounts for one death every 40 seconds. Well, the figures are really shocking. In India, most of the cases are from the age group of 15-35 years. Around 300 deaths have taken place in India during the lockdown due to the loss of jobs.

But being despite this, the unbelievable and shocking news came that this anxiety affects common people around the world. On  June 14, 2020, one of the most charming, hardworking, and innocent Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajpoot committed suicide. It was really shocking news for all of us. But there are several questions which are being raised in order to counter the Nepotism in Bollywood.

From being a top 10 rank holder in the AIEEE  exam to Bollywood, Sushant created a mark. He started from reality shows and made it big in Bollywood. Really it was a long journey covered in a short span of time. M.S.Dhoni: The Untold Story will remain a forever favourite for everyone. The tremendous and outstanding performance earned huge popularity and he was now a star.

With the passage of time, everything changes in our life, nothing remains permanent and nothing is temporary also. This is the most important thing that one must understand.

In a difficult situation, we must share our obstacles with our closed ones, try to share our emotions and feelings such that our load can be reduced and our mind should be provided time when it can get relief from all other kinds of unnecessary and unwanted stuff.

Last but not the least, mental illness can be cured by taking appropriate actions in the right direction such as taking a break from all your work, spending quality time with your parents and family, and doing appropriate things that make your inner soul happy. These are the few steps by which such kind of suicidal attempts can be prevented.
