After a long, deep fall down the shaft, and when there is no way to get up, it is a well-known practice in the Crisis Period, to increase the depth of that by some deliberate or accidental occurrence and put all the blame on that occurrence.
This hypocrisy needs to be stopped and the government’s entire initiative in the welfare program of the common people should be confirmed.

Migrants stranded at the Anand Vihar ISBT, Delhi amid the nation-wide lockdown.

In that case?
1. Trimming and lay-offs should be declared illegal.
2. The number of workers who are estimated to lose their jobs across the country is about 12 million, all of these workers and employees will have to be re-appointed.
3. No worker’s salary should be stopped or suspended or reduced.
4. The average daily allowance of the affected workers and workmen should be paid until the lock-down gets over, and with these, regular rations should be distributed to the lower end of the poverty line.
5. Corruption should be stopped immediately during the distribution of rations.
6. Proper sanitation should be maintained in case of the distribution of rations.
7. The information and expenditure of all funds under the central and state government initiatives must be disclosed to the people regularly.
8. An adequate supply of test kits, to increase the number of tests, as much as needed must be arranged immediately. A plan to deal with pandemic by testing at a rate of 0.7% is nothing but a mockery of the common people. The government should close tax deductions of private and public companies and collect taxes if additional money is needed.
9. In all districts, at least one hospital should be selected for solely COVID-19 treatment purpose (especially for the convenience, the private hospitals should be prioritised), and there should be adequate sanitation for all personnel, including PPE, N-95 Mask.  10. All sort of medical services regarding COVID-19 should be done Free of Charge.
11. Immediately, all government and public-private pharmaceutical institutes must start production of HCQ, Alpha B-2 and other necessary medicines and start its application-based testing and all its production must be allocated primarily for the internal treatment of the country.
12. A search for a successful solution to the problem must be arranged under the advise and operation of the advancing countries like Cuba and China, agencies and physicians.
13. Adequate arrangements for sanitation should be made to all the staff members of the running workplaces, along with the physician and medical workers.
14. Restrictions will be still needed after lockdown, but it is most important in international communication, it should be noted.
15. With the misinterpretation of the word ‘community’ in case of a pandemic, the central government directed and state government-backed communal propaganda, using misinformation of the Tablighi Jamaat and various foundations, should be stopped immediately.
16. The market should be kept under control and police terrorism will not be tolerated in the name of market control. The police in this country either does nothing or does extreme oppression. This must stop.
17. The dire situation inside the Quarantine Centers has already come to notice in various ways. Immediately, at least 5 Quarantine Centers should be provided in each district and adequate supply of all emergency services should be provided at quarantine centers.
18. Adequate arrangements should be made for all emergency services, including health care, food, habitat, free transportation(for migrant workers), and all necessary accommodation for all workers, farmers and poor people. Any lighting candle- or banging dishes or any irresponsible, timeless speeches should not be tolerated any more.
