According to the official report, police stopped the autorickshaw after the driver failed to produce relevant documents to travel during lockdown, which amounts to violation of the guidelines laid by the central government. 65-year-old George was admitted to the hospital on 12th April after he suffered from urinary infection. Meanwhile, Kerala’s Human Rights Commission has stepped in and ordered the Superintendent of Police to file a report within three weeks.
